SmartShop RAG Product Advisor
A hybrid retrieval product advisor combining dense and sparse search with reranking over a product catalogue.
A concept for an AI-assisted social media platform: drafting posts, learning the user’s writing style, scheduling content, reviewing suggested replies, approval workflows, comment classification and content calendars. This is a concept — no implementation is claimed.
A concept for an AI-assisted social media platform where the model drafts and the human decides. Nothing publishes without approval.
This is a concept only. It has not been built, and this page describes intended scope rather than implemented behaviour. The sections a real case study would carry — architecture decisions, results, lessons from shipping — are absent because there is nothing yet to report.
Tools that post automatically on someone’s behalf tend to produce content that reads like nobody wrote it, because nobody did.
The premise here is the opposite: the assistant drafts and classifies, and a person approves everything that goes out.
Content work is repetitive enough to want help with and personal enough that fully automating it defeats the point.
My Role
This is my own concept. No implementation work has been done, and I am not claiming any.
The intended shape places a human approval step between every generated draft and anything published.
A concept-level flow: content ideas enter a drafting stage informed by the user’s writing style, drafts and suggested replies enter an approval queue, and only approved items reach the scheduler and content calendar. Incoming comments are classified before reaching the reply queue.
Posts drafted from an idea or a calendar slot.
Drafts adapted toward the user’s own voice rather than a generic one.
Nothing is published without an explicit human decision.
Incoming comments triaged before they reach a reply queue.
Approved content scheduled against a calendar view.
Style imitation is the part most likely to fail in a way that is worse than not trying — a near-miss on someone’s voice reads as inauthentic.
The concept keeps a human approval step in front of everything, so a poor draft is discarded rather than published.
| Decision | Alternative considered | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Require human approval for every published item. | Autonomous posting. | Approval limits how much time the tool can save, which is the whole point of the trade: the content stays the person’s own. |
This is a concept. Nothing has been implemented, and no outcome is claimed.
